2018 Yarnin’ Together Reconciliation Series – Cairns Forum
Reconciliation Queensland, in partnership with Central Queensland University, invites you take part in the 2018 Yarnin’ Together Reconciliation Series.
This year, the series will include a Q&A-style panel discussion on the topic “What does Reconciliation mean to You?”
Reconciliation Queensland’s Acting Co-Chair, Uncle Bill Buchanan, will also provide an update on the State of Reconciliation in Queensland prior to the panel discussion.
Panellists include:
- The Hon. Curtis Pitt MP – Member for Mulgrave and Speaker of the Queensland Legislative Assembly
- Yodie Batzke – Community Advocate and Adjunct Lecturer at the Centre for Tropical Urban & Regional Planning, Science & Technology, James Cook University
- Jesse Martin – Community Advocate, and Founder of The Streets Movement
- Torres Webb – Community Advocate, and Consultant at Community Connections

This event will be hosted by Reconciliation Queensland’s Project Manager, Ben Gertz.

ENTRY IS FREE, but please RSVP ahead of time to ensure your place as seating is limited.
