WHEN: Friday 29 May, 2015, from 3.30pm to 6.00pm
WHERE: Keith Hill Park, Golden Beach (near Bells Creek) parking at the start
DISTANCE: up to 5kms (out & back course) turnaround 2.5 kms at Onslow Street
EVENT ACTIVITES:
- Traditional Aboriginal Didgeridoo playing and dancing
- Amazing story telling along the walk in Yarning circles by local first peoples and others on the history of this land and environment
- Viewing of Aboriginal Outrigger – unique to the Sunshine Coast
- BBQ and water available at the end of the walk with time to have a yarn
The first 100 people to arrive and register for the walk will receive a free event T-Shirt that can be collected at the end of the walk (limited to size availability)
