Voting Open! RQI 2026 Board Elections & AGM Information Pack
Please see the information pack below for all the key details regarding the venue, arrival, parking and voting for the 2026 Reconciliation Queensland AGM.
Voting
Voting for the 2026 Management Committee Elections are now open and close on Thursday 12 November 5:00 PM AEST.
As a financial member of Reconciliation Queensland, you have the opportunity to help shape our leadership and direction. We have 4 vacant positions on the Management Committee (Board) up for election.
It is critical to note that to participate in board elections and cast votes on special resolutions, you must be a current financial member.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and still want your voice heard, you can nominate someone to attend in your place as a proxy voter. Please email CompanySecretary@rqi.org.au if you would like to organise a proxy vote or if you have any questions regarding your membership.
Arrival & Entry Instructions
Access Point: Entry to the Lyric Lounge is via the Cremorne Theatre entrance.
Front of House Assistance: QPAC Front of House staff will be stationed at the entry to assist and direct attendees.
Reaching the Lounge: From the Cremorne Theatre entrance, take the lift to Level 4 (Building Level 3) or use the stairs.
Venue Features & Accessibility Space: The Lyric Lounge is an open, semi-private space bounded by glass walls adjoining the foyer area.
Facilities: Lift access is available via the Cremorne Theatre entrance foyer.
Parking & Transport Options
QPAC Car Park: On-site parking available. Pre-booking is recommended via QPAC Parking.
Alternative Parking: Nearby parking is available at the Queensland Museum Car Park and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC).
Public Transport: South Brisbane Railway Station and the Cultural Centre Busway Station are both located within a short 2-minute walk of QPAC.
