Camille Kirby is a passionate advocate for reconciliation and social justice, with over 20 years’ experience working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in community, government, and industry settings. Her career has focused on building genuine partnerships, supporting capacity-building, and championing the inclusion of Indigenous voices in decision-making.Camille is deeply committed to truth-telling and education, and has led initiatives to foster open dialogue about Australia’s shared history and the impacts of colonisation. She is known for her approachable nature, strong sense of fairness, and ability to bring people together to create positive change. Now based on the Sunshine Coast, Camille enjoys connecting with local communities, spending time outdoors, and supporting grassroots reconciliation efforts. She brings to the Board a wealth of practical experience, compassion, and a steadfast belief in a fair and inclusive future for all Queenslanders.
