Gavin Scott

Gavin Scott is a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, where he leads the Australian Native Title
and Indigenous Affairs practice. A non-Indigenous ally with over 25 years of experience, he
has represented Traditional Owner groups in securing economic benefits and guided
industry on best-practice engagement. Gavin has championed his firm's Reconciliation
Action Plan, mentoring Indigenous lawyers and expanding pro-bono support. He seeks to
bring deep subject-matter expertise in native title law, strong governance acumen, and
extensive networks from the corporate and NFP sectors, including his role on the Australian
Red Cross QLD Advisory Board.
