Reconciliation Queensland, in partnership with Central Queensland University, invites you take part in the 2018 Yarnin’ Together Reconciliation Series.

This year, the series will include a Q&A-style panel discussion on the topic “What does Reconciliation mean to You?”

Reconciliation Queensland’s Acting Co-Chair, Uncle Bill Buchanan, will also provide an update on the State of Reconciliation in Queensland prior to the panel discussion.

Panellists will include:

• Uncle Joe Kirk – Elder and descendant of the Turrbal People of the Brisbane Region
• Lara Watson – Indigenous Officer, First Nations Workers Alliance
• Uncle Bill Lowah – Torres Strait Islander Elder
• Joella Warkill – Student, Aboriginal Centre for Performing Arts
• Kaava Watson – CEO, Brisbane Indigenous Media Association 98.9FM

This event will be hosted by Reconciliation Queensland’s Community Engagement Coordinator, Stephen Mam.
